Food and service: Though the staff are friendly most of the time, their service is slow. A&W is seldom ever busy but their service is slow and most of the time, there are a fair amount of staff working, so you would think their service would be faster. <br/><br/>A lot of the time, if you order take-out and take it home, the food is cold by the time you get home. And it is never really very good.
