Simply put...BAD SERVICE: I have to say that every single time I got into that dealership, the people in service are the most miserable people i've ever met. I understand they are all over 100 yrs old, but put people in there that smile and greet customers!! Even the sales people are bad. I went in and test drove a new vehicle, she took my name and never called back, but did email me to wonder when I was coming in to test drive??!!??.....she obviously didn't care to take the time to remember me, take notes ect. This just reaffirms the reason I will NEVER buy a Chrysler from these people.
