I bought my BBQ at Alternatives and the post purchase service was fantastic!: I had the pleasure of purchasing my BBQ from Alternatives a few years ago.<br/> The BBQ came with a warranty. <br/> The following year I had a small issue with the start button. ....I called amd BEFORE I even got home - someone had gone to my house - went on my deck, where I had indicated the BBQ was located ,and fixed it!<br/> I could not beleive the service I received. <br/> It is great to have service in a time when one can't even get someone to wait on them in the larger stores !<br/> I highly reccomend this business for BBQ'a and suspect thier service applies to thier other products as well. <br/><br/>PS - My Vermont Castings BBQ is still running great years later!
