John Bishop’s establishment is consistently praised for impeccable service and the changing menu featuring regional and local ingredients. The cellar is extensive, with Pacific Northwest wines at the fore. $$$. D (daily).

Still the Ultimate: Nothing faddy, this place is classic West Coast. John Bishop is an excellent chef and Bishop's has stood the test of time and yet it's never "old." Expensive, but great for a special occasion.

Owner John Bishop added another to this crowded pantheon with the excellent Andrea Carlson. Her regional sourcing and simply expressed cooking dovetail seamlessly...
