good directories: I use the Canpages print directory for emergencies (like my flooded house), Canpages.ca and their mobile app (with voice recognition) on a daily basis. It's convenient, and there's a trust factor knowing it's not just random business information.

Poor Service: I contracted CanPages to insert my business in the local directory. They were to use logos and a half page advertisement. They did the entire logo wrong, and placed my business under the wrong classification. At a cost of well over $11,000 for a contract, I received little business in return. No apologies can change this mistake as my business marketing suffered seriously. For the same price I could have had a website built with graphics, pictures and even videos. Avoid dealing with CanPages for business.

Canpages breaches contrac and bullies small busiess owner to pay up: do not deal with this company. They don't fulfill contract terms and yet insist you pay for the mess they create in your local phone directory. They didn't use the business logo I provided and totally omitted my business listing from the white pages. They took 3 months to respond to my phone calls and voice mails. This company is as crooked as the day is long.
