Fun people, fabulous workout!: CrossFit Westside offers a welcoming environment where the clients bring as much energy as the coaches. The workouts are always varied, always challenging, and always fun. One of the great things about the sessions offered at CFWS is that they are accessible to all - everything can be scaled so even if you haven't worked out in months, you'll still make it through!
