Cruda Cafe is a vegan takeout eatery at the St. Lawrence Market. The raw-food joint consists of soups like sweet potato or cauliflower puree, salads with ingredients like baby plum tomatoes, dates, arugula, sprouts and organic dressings, pasta and wraps. For dessert, there’s a choice of crepes and Ecuadorean chocolate or key lime pie. Located on the northeast corner of the market’s lower level.
