Had to take this company to small claims court: In 2009 Ed's Pipeworks installed a furnace and water heater in my home. During the process they removed Direct Energy's rental water heater. The water heater was not returned to Direct Energy despite being a new tank and having a Direct Energy tag on it. According to Ed's Pipeworks my wife told them to throw it out? She obviously denies ever saying that and is very upset that they would blame her for their mistake. It is an industry standard to have all rental tanks returned to the proper owner upon new intallations. Anyway, this mistake cost me over $900. Have a look at the attached pictures of the water tank gas line. I have to pay to have it removed. I'm not a professional but I don't think gas lines should be attached to moveable objects? <br/>
