Official Compliance Request: My previous review of the 'one star' experience I had with Emerald Kitchens and Design - Burlington has been removed due to a letter of ‘exception' that I received from them threatening legal action if I didn’t withdraw my posting, I’m complying with their demand without really understanding how threats of legal action meets their criteria for "outstanding customer service". Regardless, my review has been withdrawn and I am left only with my 'one star' experience and no one who reads this retraction to tell it to for fear of legal reprisals. Who would have thought that buying a kitchen could end up being such a scary thing.
