A "cut above standard hotel dining", this "old-school" venue in the Financial District's Fairmont Royal York Hotel offers "beautifully presented Canadian cuisine" elevated by an extensive wine list; sure, it's a bit "pricey", but "warm", "professional" servers help soften the blow; P.S. a post-Survey chef change may not be reflected in the Food score.
