My First Time was Fun & Simple!: I had never made wine before but I decided to give it a try. So I looked online and saw a lot of good things about Fermentations, so I tried it out. I am so glad I did! It was really easy and the end result was REALLY tasty! I had a blast! Maybe next time I'll inquire into the beer making...

And a good time will be had by all!: Fermentations is simply the best. We've been loyal fans and customers for years now. Challenging Scott and Greg to duplicate beers we've tried and never dissapointed with the results! We are also happy testers for the various experimentations that they get up to, pushing the bounds of beer convention to come up with new and delicious concoctions!

great beer, great place, great staff: Fermentations is the best. They can design a beer for your individual tastes, the staff are great and so knowledgeable about beer! Fermentations will change how you view homebrew beer. . <br/>
A must-visit if you like good beer.

Extraordinary beer, wine, cider and great people too!: We have been coming to Fermentations for the past five years and have never been disappointed! These folks are super knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to experiment. Greg and Scott, and their combined beer-y knowledge, make brewing a breeze. Charles is our go-to guy for wines and ciders. There have been many times when we have come in and asked them to try to make a beer that we have tasted in other parts of the world (for instance, some of the great American microbrews) and they have always produced exceptional beers. We have mostly avoided the LCBO and the Beer Store since we started brewing here and we have no regrets!
