On the ground floor of the historic Liberty building, Thai umbrellas hang suspended from the ceiling, an exotic canopy for patrons spooning up a zesty three-course meal. It was here that Pad Thai fever started to catch on. Expect popular dishes like lemongrass shrimp soup, Pad Thai and, perennial fave, sticky rice with fresh mango and coconut.
