This is easily one of western Canada's most exciting restaurants. The building may be historic (and within walking distance of most downtown hotels), but there's nothing antique about the dining room. Modern but not stark, the room is edged with glass partitions, exposed pipes, and ducts painted a smoky rose. There are as many appetizers as entrees, making it tempting to graze through a series...
