Sold me used gear and told me it was new.: Absolutely incompetent. They designed my surround system and installed the rear speakers ahead of the listener. They have a no refunds policy and the after sales service is non-existent. The awards they receive are from the companies whose products they sell, not consumers. Once they have their money they don't want to know about you.
