Incredibly helpful staff: We were doing some work with Palruf, trying to enclose a section of our carport and the fellow at Home Depot, Nanaimo was wonderful. He walked us thru the whole thing from what we needed to complete the task to how to maintain the product afterward. He even drew us a sketch of how to install the 2x4s to get maximum strength in case we do get a heavy snowfall!
