Buyer Beware !!!: B U Y E R B E W A R E !!!<br/>
I was in this store a few weeks ago and saw some product that could potentially be used as an alternative to composite decking. I spoke to the girl at the front desk and she told me that "a lot" of people have come in to buy this product for their decks. I was apprehensive to buy the product because I was concerned about expansion and contraction issues, but she told me that it won't expand or contract because of the way it is made. Shortly after installation, I noticed small gaps in the product. A few days later, the gaps got larger and the product was also starting to buckle; basically it was expanding and contracting too much. After a couple of weeks, the gaps are now 1/2" wide and there is buckling everywhere. The entire deck surface has to be removed and scrapped.<br/>
After writing an email to the managers, they told me that the sales girl said she has never told anyone that this product can be used on a deck. Essentially, she was untruthful to me about this product when she was trying to sell it to me, and now she was being untruthful to management. I asked for a 50% refund due to the fact that she misrepresented the product and I still have not heard back from the managers. I guess their lack of response is their way of accusing me of being untruthful about what the sales girl said to me. I don't know if their sales people are paid commissions, but it would certainly explain why she sold me this product (anything for a sale). <br/>
Hopefully a few people will read this review and it will save you the money that I lost due to deceitful salesmanship and management who don't care about their customers. <br/>
If I can prevent one person from being taken by poor salesmanship from these people, then it will be well worth the $640.00 they refuse to refund me.

poor customer service: I was looking forward to adding two new exterior doors to my home.

At the beginning of November I had chosen 2 doors.
<br/>
Almost two weeks later someone came to assess the installation, then waited a couple of days, for a follow up but never got a call back. I went down to the store to finalize the purchase but there were questions regarding the wording in their promotion.

It stated " Do not pay for 12 mths on any installed sales ( min 500.00 OAC)" I don't think it could be any clearer but I was told that the ad only applied to the installation and not the product. Someone would get back to me. Another week went by and no one called back. I phoned the store and was told (abruptly) they would send me an answer to my query and an estimate by email.

Another week went by and no email or call back.
<br/>
Frustrated, I wrote a letter to the manager of the store, and never got an answer or an apology for the lack of customer service that I received.

It's unfortunate, that was my experience with this store.
