Do not go here!!: POOR, POOR Customer SERVICE!!! Giving this restaurant 1/5 is an overestimate considering the number of restaurants in Vancouver. We were told not to come here because of the food & service but we had no choice since we were desperate to watch Olympic Hockey game.<br/> Not only did they add 18% gratuity during the Olympics, taking advantage of the patrons, but the service was one of the worst I have ever received in my life! Waitresses was slow and not the nicest. When my friend had asked for mayonnaise on the side and not on the burger, we had no idea this was going to be an extra 50 cents charged. It was not the amount but the principle of it and we had tried to explain this to the waitress and she couldn't really understand, which is no surprising since she looked spaced out most of the time. Then she got the manager who immediately almost yelled at us, 'you are going to pay this because it is an extra dip!". We were so shocked and tried to explain that it wasn't an extra dip. He wouldn't listen and said everyone in Vancouver charge this as if we were born yesterday. We told him, it isn't about the charge, it was more of the principle of it and he said 'principle or not, you are guys are paying'. I couldn't believe my ears and his aggressive attitude , especially after we had ordered full dinner there and drinks. His name is 'BILL', and he is the biggest A** that I've ever met. This place is not good for food, or for the scene, compared to other pubs in Vancouver. I dine out at least 3-5 times a week is a big foodie fan, eaten all over the world, and everything about this place sucks!
