Rude and ignorant: Bought a $5000.00 L-Ran couch there and to begin was told it would be arriving 6-8 weeks. It arrived 4 plus months later and when it did arrive it had to be sent right back due to serious problems with the leather. Then we waited weeks again to get the new one in on warranty. When it finally arrived to Keltic Furniture the owner called and said they can deliver it but would charge a delivery fee even though he had a delivery in the area. I spoke with him on the phone and he told me that he was not dropping the deliver charge and that if he lost me as a customer then so be it he did not care. Then he argued with me telling me the first couch that was sent back was fine and he should not even taken that back even though his own two employees urged me to send it back once they opened the card board and saw the poor quality. DO NOT SHOP THERE. THEY DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.

Huge selection of furnishings: This store is growing all the time but their prices are better than any other furniture store in Sydney. The quality is excellent and the staff are very friendly. A great shopping experience!

How Rude Can You Get?: Just do not do business here. owner told me today that he did not care for my business and that business was so good he could "afford to put a $700 000 dollar addition on" and surely not miss my business. Well, good luck. Tell your friends.
