Not What they Said they were!!!!!!!: I am not sure about you..but when I was interested in putting in a pool....and looking into the options available to me... I was very excited....... I chose to go with Levy pools for many different reasons and the biggest was the Business Focus (or appearance of) Good Customer Service..Putting the client first. Following through on promises...... but what I got was completely different. Nothing was on time or communicate to me, things were assumed by the professionals at Levy Pools… items that were quoted on the installation were not available… I was left in the dark. I had to call many times and say….”When is..or Is there…???? “ Then they send a bill before the job was complete. I had to call and tell them that the job was not done. The response that I got from them was…”That is the way we do things.” For me…. “NO”… I don’t think so. This is a purchase of an item and installation. I then get a visit from the Professionals..and again they tell me that they are out of an item and will have to return. Several weeks later we still did not hear from anyone..and then I had to make a trip to the store location to get the final product needed to complete the project. They then re-billed me for the job complete but AGAIN there is a problem. Items were added on that were not used in the setup and not on the quote. Needless to say the feeling of excitement soon left me….. I called the store and advised them of the billing error once again. They conveyed that there would be another invoice sent out. I have not received it. Then today… July 22,2009 I get a call asking me for the final payment on the pool. I again had to convey that the bill they are trying to collect on is incorrect, they said they will have another made and will send it to me. Now as I write this…. I get another call from them telling me that my invoice is ready…. And I can go to the store location to get it…….!!!!! AMAZING…JUST AMAZING <br/><br/>So lastly I will add…… a word of caution. Protect yourself….. make sure you catalog everything so that time lines are met and product quoted is exactly what you pay for.
