Description
In the former home of the Bank of Toronto, erected in 1950, the Lion on the Beach serves up pub fare on the Queen East strip. A known host for many musicians during the Beaches International Jazz Festival, July is the busiest time of the year for the Lion. The beachside attraction is also known for its two large patios that can accommodate up to 100 people during summer festivities.

Smiply nice!: One of my favourite spots to hang out with friends in the beaches area. Food is good, ambiance is great, nice music and pleasant crowd. In summer time, this place is packed! I definitely recommend it!
