After a renovation and auction, Marben is back with a focus on food rather than its club atmosphere. Meat from the in-house butcher is the "star attraction" at this "cosy" King Wester in a modern, industrial-style space where the "innovative" Eclectic-Mediterranean menu features "ingredients from local farms"; "attentive" servers you can "make friends with" further ensure it comes "highly recommended."

Marben restaurant is a locavore and carnivore's paradise. Found on Wellington near Taxi and a bunch of other ad agencies, the restaurant features a recently revamped space and menu as well as a shared kitchen with Bavette, its subterranean sister.
