Employer and landlord from hell: The Landlady is horrible, does not fix the units, as she is not paying her contractors in time and she ends up going to court on a weekly basis now. The residential building is not up to day with repairs of any kind, including faulty and old appliances, elevators breaking down, leaks in units, holes in the walls in both units, hallways or stairwells etc. There are floods and leaks every day, building inspector has been called and will audit eventually this building, which is called Caravelle Court and is located at 25 Fisherville Road.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the Landlady persecutes the tenants, which are consisting of new immigrants, (some of them do not even speak proper English), families with children or retired old tenants.<br/><br/>She is in court at the Ministry of Labour with the staff that she "forgets" to pay, or seeks immature revenge against them once hey quit or are fired, by withholding their pay. When taken to the Ministry of Labour by her former staff, she has to return the former employee their pay, plus a fine for making her own laws and ignoring the rightful employment laws. She is in court with the contractors, as well as the tenants.<br/><br/>I will sum it up and call her the "Employer, as well as the Landlord from Hell", If you go there it will be at your own risk and remember, that even if it is hard to believe all of these right now, once you will experience Susan Robertson's ways, you will come to the same conclusions as mine.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, here are the numbers that you can call to have your voice as a Tenant heard:<br/><br/>TENANTS, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!<br/><br/>1.
