Poor workmanship: Took a runner to be bound, took 2 days to do it and they weren't busy. When picked up it was terrible quality work, a 2 year old could have done a better job, complained to manager and he said he had some binding done by the person and never had any complaints, he was a bit arrogant and snotty.
