Attentive and quality customer service!: Bought a heat pump system several months ago paying quite a lot for it but was really pleased with the results! In several weeks there has been a leak and National Home Services specialists provided a cost-free maintenance at once! I do appreciate this, guys! Hope nothing will ever trouble me with my new heating system.

great company, wonderful deals: I am now saving about $120 per year on the water heater rental. Wonderful and incredibly responsive customer service, can't find a single reason not to love these guys!

Misleading customers and non-existant customer service: Reps for this company have been going door-to-door in Ottawa to get folks to switch to tankless hot water heaters. Great idea! The looked at the location and gas pipes and said, 'no problem', easy installation. i took time off work and booked a 8 a.m. appointment; the installers showed up at 11 and after much poking around told me i will need to have someone come in and remove a section of drywall and hire and electrician to install a receptical and then they could come back and install the water. And, by the way, i'd need to have a drain pipe running across the basement to the floor drain. I tried off and on for 3 hrs to get through to the company and when i finally did, they referred me to universal energy who referred me back to the company where after being bumped to an answering service 3 times and put on hold as often, I was finally able to get back to the company no one could give me the name or address for their president! Totally incorrect and misleading information from the start from both the sales rep and the 3-hours-late installers from Generation Green.
