Description
New Playland Nursery School has been serving the Mississauga city center area for over 30 years. First, to provide a safe, healthy, stimulating environment and care of good quality for the children we serve. Secondly, to provide a program and environment that will focus on children’s social, emotional, physical, creative and cognitive development in a holistic way. Our program is based on a hands-on, free choice approach to learning. The room is set up to cover many interest areas (science, music, art, movement, dramatic play, fine motor / manipulative) and the children are free to choose an activity of interest to them. The monthly and weekly activity programs for children interests are based on themes. Contact us for more information.

New Playland Nursery School is the worst!!!: I don't think the supervisor in New Playland Nursery School is an honest person. When I called the New Playland Nursery School, first she said no space for my kid. After I agreed to pay a deposit and paid a registration fee, the space for my kid came. She also changed the daycare price when I wanted to register my kid. Finally I gave up but she refused to refund my registeration fee.

I have two kids and worked with all kinds of child care providers a lot. New Playland Nursery School is the worst!!!

Our family has been with them over 4 years!!: I find it strange to hear what you wrote about New Playland in Mississauga. My family has been with them for over 4 years now. I unfortunately had to move to Hamilton for work purposes with my family and found it heart breaking to leave. We finally moved back to Mississauga 2 years ago. And enrolled them right away, luckily my youngest was old enough to attend as they start at 2.5 years. . We decided to keep him in their Kindergarten classroom instead of sending him to public school. My husband and I really liked how his classroom has one teacher to every ten children. He is now almost fully reading on his own as in Junior Kindergarten. .
There menu is top notch and has been approved by a nutritionist, the cook was kind of enough to share some of her recipes with us; as they are actually getting my younger son to eat vegetables and try new foods.
I find it very hard to believe that anyone would have a bad experience at New Playland Nursery School.
