Extremley Poor Customer Treatment: I ordered and paid in full for specialty light bulbs and was told that they would be ordered and in within a week and that I would get a call when they came in.<br/><br/>Four weeks later I had not recieved a call and phoned the store to determine where the order was. I was then told that the order had not been placed and they were waiting before placing the order to get a complete shipment and that as they didn't order a great deal from this supplier it would be "a month or two maybe". I was not told this at the time I placed my order nor was I called later with this information. They told me I was welcome to come back into the store and get a refund and that could " go get them myself from the supplier." I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of service & communication and was offered the chance to leave a voice mail for Ron the sales manager who was also the person who had taken my order. I did that and asked to be called back. I recieved no call back from Ron or anyone else. SO I called the store agin and did get Ron on the phone and he explained that he was to busy to retun my voice mail. I attempted to go over my problem and dissatisfaction and was told that he could not "do" anything till Tuesday (this was on a Friday) and was too busy to talk to me.I expalined that I had a problem I wanted to discuss and I did not care if he was busy and he hung up. <br/><br/>Now their website says the following "Our goal is to innovative support, excellent service, and lasting value" I hardly think they can claim this. They also say that "The team at Ocean Pacific Lighting Inc. are dedicated to ensuring that each and every customer is satisfied." Clearly I am not and they didn't even try. They also say "we work hard to exceed expectations, while still maintaining value and budgets. We strive to listen carfully to what our customers are saying and looking for and remain dedicated to making the experience unsurpassed."<br/><br/>Again this is NOT even close to the customer experience I had. They were too busy to call me back, too busy to talk to me about a problem and hung up when I said I didn't care about how busy they were, I had a problem I wanted to discuss. <br/><br/>My advice is there are many other Lighting Stores and this one would not be on my list of stores to deal with. If I could have given them half a star rating I would have (and that's only because they offered me a refund)
