Terrible Service: I visited Pepper Wireless Fido to pay for my Fido bill and upgrade my cell phone plan with a Blackberry upgrade. This is the most poorly organized Fido retailer I have ever encountered. The staff are poorly trained, poorly organized and generally have poor attitudes. The display models of their phones are mock ups without any true function. The staff do not even know their product line and were unable to answer any of my questions. The staff had to call Fido themselves to get answers to my questions regarding upgrading my CityFido plan with a Blackberry. My intention on visiting Pepper Wireless was to pay my balance and upgrade my plan with a new phone. I was unable to complete anything at all. They were not able to accept my payment, they were not able to answer my questions regarding an upgrade and they were unable to show me a properly functioning Blackberry. I would have accomplished more by simply visiting the Fido website than wasting my time and losing patience at Pepper Wireless. I, amongst several other customers were left frustrated by the lack of involvement from the staff regarding their services. I wasted 30 minutes of my time and left with nothing more than utter disappointment. I would never recommend this Fido outlet or any Pepper Wireless retailer.
