Horrible Service: My parents are retired and have always wanted an SUV. So they bought a used SUV here, a few days after having the car home, there were problems and when dealing with people at the dealership, they were very short with my parents (when my mom was speaking, the used sales manager kept cutting her off and correcting her - and he did not want to listen to her concerns, it is Saturday today, he told her to just tell him on tuesday because if he tells her now he will forget all about it by Tuesday! (Tuesday is when the car is going to get serviced - AGAIN!) - by the way, my parents are foreign and have an accent, so maybe he just was annoyed and impatient and couldn't understand - so rude. I feel so bad for my parents, instead of a great car buying experience, they had a horrible one, so horrible, they just want to return the car and cancel the sale
