Always enjoyable for weekend Dim Sum: Don't typically go here for regular Chinese, but it is one of our desinations of choice for DIm Sum on the weekend. It's so big that we don't generally have to worry about getting a place, or even if it's busy like near Chinese NYrs, the wait isn't generally long. The Dim Sum is varied, fast and basically quite good.

Never disappointed with Dim Sum: These guys have a great idea for Dim Sum. They have the usual carts, they have an open kitchen where you can put in orders, and they have a "buffet" where you can pick things up. It's all pretty good fare too. Together with the fact that they are a huge place and the service is very efficient, it's a great place for Dim Sum. Hardly ever a wait to get in, and once you're in, well with the 3 options, you can pretty get what you want whenever you want. No waiting around here!

Try the S+P squid: The most notable memory of this place was their salt & pepper squid. For some reason it sticks out in my mind, but the rest of the restaurant (food, atmosphere, service) is typical of most chinese restaurants and nothing special. No complaints though.

Most Chinese restaurants leave no potential profit unturned, and yet somehow, even in their bid to be all things to all people, they usually manage to turn out some pretty decent food. To me, very few chefs can rival the versatility of a Chinese restaurant chef. The sheer scope of...
