Bad facility, poor service, go somewhere else: Summary

- BAD facilities (gravel, stray junk left over on site, slanted access to some units (made moving in/out difficult), slight smell, intruder access easy (I'm 5'10" 200lbs and easily slid under their fence to gain access when their code didnt work (see below))

- VERY poor customer service (code expired, tried calling all numbers on card (plus emergency numbers) no answer, and left two messages. When I called to get the new code she said quote "I don't want to see your stuff here tomorrow" great, gimme the code and I'll be glad to take it out of your junk yard.
