Best Value for your Buck: My experience with scooter city has been the direct opposite of the previous reviewers. My Karma KS-848 came with 100 A batteries and carries my 270 lbs with ease even on steep inclines. 15 km/hr and 60 km range. Service has been superb. I have recommended this store to may other.

All about the money.: I was recently employed by this company and during my brief stay I witnessed them repeatedly replacing batteries when there was no need to do so.

I found this an odd practice as most of there customers are on income assistance.

I even explained that the customer didn't understand the battery gauge and yet they still ordered them replaced.

Very disappointed with their business practices.

They had a client that traded in a scooter and power-chair on a new chair. They openly referred to him as a disgusting person.

The next week he had a stroke and they would not take back his chair. He will never be able to use it again but they are all about the cash and that's all.

There is a power-chair in the shop right now... it was given to them to donate.... I will bet the world that it will be sold instead.

I may not be the right person to work at this place but that's okay by me.

Not Satisfied. Ripped Off.: We saw their TV ads and their promises. They talked us into a Scooter that was not right for us due to our major health problems. When we asked them to take it back right away like they promised. They refused and when we insisted they did nothing to try to help; we just got a threatening letter from their lawyers. This is a terrible company. Don't get ripped off. Shop somewhere else. Scooter City's TV ads are BS.

Don't believe their ads: I have personally witnessed this dealer selling a sophisticated scooter to a man in his mid 90s who was so disabled that he could not get to his scooter let alone drive it. Their "satisfaction guarantee" is an outright lie. You cannot get your money back after they screw you. Stay away from these guys. They are very bad news.
