The Tudda family opened the first Stromboli Inn in Kensington over 40 years ago. Though that location is now closed, Peter Tudda is still carrying on the tradition, serving up pies made with his parents’ secret recipes from a cozy little converted house in Bridgeland. Try the Giuseppe, a pizza loaded with pepperoni, salami, bacon, mushrooms, shrimp, anchovies and green peppers.
