This out-of-the-way outpost has a refined, spare, spa-meets-temple vibe, with comfy seating and gracious service. Chef/owner Yami Yamagishi trained under Tojo and it shows in the top-quality sushi and tapas-style dishes, though not in the prices. Everything's first rate; flash-grilled miso beef ($11.50), delicate prawn gyoza ($9), and imaginative calamari rice bridge ($14.50) are stand-outs....
