Toronto’s tribute to a national obsession. See more than 60,000 square-feet of hockey memorabilia, displays, interactive games, NHL trophies and the coveted Stanley Cup. Favorite Place!: As an avid hockey fan this is like Disneyland for me. So much hockey memorobilia and lots of history to take in. I can drag my wife along and she even has a good time! Highly recommended tourist spot.

Very Enjoyable: I know very little about hockey, but still enojyed going. I still know that the Stanley Cup is!!! They also had an exhibit that had a gold, silver and bronze medal from every single olympics from Athens in 1896 to Vancouver in 2010. This was awesome and very enjoyable to a non-hockey fan.

I liked recognizing teams and players that I did know, but I did not feel like the museum was very informative for a non-hockey fan. I was also a bit disappointed in the gift shop, they were out of so many items! I may not be the biggest hockey fan, but that doesn't mean family and friends aren't.

Even tropics-dwelling nonskaters can find something fun to do at the Hockey Hall of Fame, thanks to great interactive exhibits, which let visitors try to score on an NHL goalie or experience just what it's like to face a slap shot. Hockey pilgrims, meanwhile, can gawk at hallowed memorabilia...

Ice hockey fans will be thrilled by the artifacts collected here. They include the original Stanley Cup, a replica of the Montréal Canadiens' locker room, Terry Sawchuck's goalie gear, Newsy Lalonde's skates, and the stick Max Bentley used. You'll also see photographs of the personalities and great moments in hockey history. Most fun are the shooting and goalkeeping interactive displays, where...

Information from the business
It wasn't until 1943, more than 50 years after hockey began, that a group of men first sat down to discuss a way to acknowledge the achievements of those who had made great contributions to the game. In 1945, the first of the honoured members were inducted and tentative plans were laid by Capt. J.T. Sutherland for a building to be constructed in ...
