only Jamaican not all Caribbean: All you people who say it is the best Caribbean restaurant in Toronto should correct yourself- you can call it the best Jamaican restaurant but not best Caribbean as it only serves Jamaican food and Jamaica is not the only island in the Caribbean! Zach obviously does not know what he is talking about- to call their Roti the best shows you have no idea what Roti is about- they may be known for Jerk but Roti is not a Jamaican dish and you mentioned the Steel Drum playing- did you know the steel drum was invented in Trinidad, not Jamaica? So before you go saying it is the best Caribbean restaurant try going to restaurants that represent the other islands, not just Jamaica.

So much food!: The Real Jerk is the best Caribbean Restaurant in Toronto! Every time I come here I seem to eat way to much, the food is out of this world. The Roti is to die for. The Caribbean Karaoke is so much fun. Although I'm to much of a wimp to sing it's still so much fun and the assortment of music isn't your typical Karaoke music. They have the classics but so much more. I love it here!!!

Best Roti in Toronto: Went to The Real Jerk last night with a colleague. I've had a lot of Caribbean food in my time but The Real Jerk honestly makes the BEST ROTI IN Toronto. If your a fan of Jamaican Restaurants in Toronto this is the best Caribbean Restaurant on the Toronto scene. There was also a man playing a steel drum and the music was very entertaining. I also sample the jerk chicken and the jerk pork and both were delicious. GO TO THE REAL JERK if you LIKE CARIBBEAN FOOD!!!

I have been back to the real jerk 2X since I left my review and the food is better every time. You need to try The Real Jerk.
Was sent a review of the Real Jerk on another site and they did an excellent job reviewing the real jerk.
www.cravefoodblog.com/2011/02/the-rea...

The jerk chicken is awesome!: This place is really good! I've tried a few things from the menu and am never disappointed. I especially have a special place in my heart for their jerk chicken. It's soooooo delicious! Made just right.

A cavernous, dark space, the Jerk sports palm trees, corrugated tin awnings and Jamacian red-yellow green vynil tablecloths. Old school reggae grooves come over the sound system.
