Really practical meditation teachings: Very comfortable and relaxed place. I did their drop-in meditation classes and Learn to Meditate in Half a Day and it was really helpful. Everyone was really nice too.

Lovely Centre: Tilopa Centre is a lovely place in Vancouver. The teacher is very nice and the people I have met in the classes are very warm and friendly. I definitely recommend it!
