When Vancouverites "need to impress clients or visiting colleagues" they head to this "elegant" South Granville spot where "expert" servers dispense "exquisite", "innovative" Pacific NW dishes in a "classy" setting; true, "few have the funds to eat there often", but it's a "must for that special occasion."
