Completely Unprofessional: The receptionists who work at this clinic are beyond unprofessional. On more than one occasion, the receptionists have reiterated personal information in the loudest voice possible to the rest of the clinic. I also find the choice of office music laughable; do I really need to listen to hardcore rap in a doctors office? Aside from that, these "office assistants" have screwed up my pap tests TWICE now. Once they never even brought them to the lab, and the other time they mislabeled my sample. Simply amazing! I now avoid this place at all costs.

unapologetically incompetent and unprofessional: Unreal. Called to go in for an IUD (I already have one, need it replaced).
I get there, am charged for the IUD & insertion (I'm paying out of pocket -- long story).
Then, I'm told, "Oh, no. You know, we need to do an STD screen on you before we give you an IUD. We forgot to tell you. Oops."
So I'm refunded the cash, and have to pay $100 for the test.
Days go by and I figure I should call to make sure that my next appointment for the insertion is on.
"Oh, yeah. We called you (they didn't -- no record of a call or message on my cell). Because you're paying out of pocket, you need to take your swabs to the lab."
So, why didn't they tell me that when I was there?
"We forgot."
Okay. Where is the lab?
"Across the street."
THAT'S RIGHT. I had to go back down there, WALK my results across the street, wait half an hour and pay another $54 for the tests (couldn't they just charge me $154 to start with? Probably. But that's just too efficient for these clowns).
Now, it's my THIRD trip to the clinic. I'm left waiting half an hour with my pants off. The doctor comes in and starts talking to me for a few minutes before finally confirming my name and introducing herself. Nice.
Then, while attempting to insert the IUD, she keep leaving the room and coming back. My room faced the waiting room, which means every time this woman entered and left the room, everyone in the waiting room could see me. And because she made no attempt to be discreet as she came and went, they did. She asked me if I'd had the STD screening done as an after thought, after she'd already started her insertion attempt (guess she didn't check my chart, did she?).
Finally, after 30 minutes of poking and stabbing, she tells me she can't do it because I'm small and they need a dilator. Which the other doctor, the one who inspected me and did my STD swab, could and should have told her.
So, now, after three trips there, I've spent, what, $434 and have...nothing but an IUD I'll have to find someone to insert for me. At an additional fee, of course.
