Not happy: We found a Family doctor there. Until now I used them service hardly 2 times in 2 years. Whenever I call them,
Doctor is available for certain time only. So, you need to wait. The response on phone is always rude.
Last time my son has a fever and I asked for the appointment and they gave me appointment of 4 days later so if i wait for 4 days I don't know what happened to my son. Finally end up at walking clinic. For routine check-ups too very hard to get the appointments. They are not open since Friday noon to Sunday. So, you have to take a day off only.
They are not at all co-operative at all.

Not happy: I was excited after my daughter was born that they immediately accepted us as a patient.
That was the last time I was happy with this clinic.

I had to reschedule a well baby check up because my work schedule had changed, and the staff on the phone was extremely rude. It was at least a week before the appointment, but they treated me like I was inconveniencing them.
I had an occasion 6 months later where I had to reschedule another appointment, again at least a week before the date, (what do you expect when you book appointments 4 months in advance?), and I got so frustrated with the rude staff on the phone I decided right then and there that I wouldn't be going back. I found another doctor at another clinic and am VERY happy I made that decision.

They get you in: When you need to see someone they get you in ASAP. Plus they take the time to explain your condition to you.

Accepting new patients - but why?: While it was encouraging to find a practice that was accepting new patients Arbour took weeks to let us know if we were even accepted and two months to book an initial consultation with the doctor. Certainly glad we did not need health services at this time. It also takes at least three tries to get into the telephone queue, which warns you of the demand for service and the prolonged wait. We gave up and found a different doctor. They may be great at Arbour but we'll never know.
