Managed by Homestead Land Holdings - CROOKS!: Cons: Just about everything to do with management. Have gone 3 weeks without Air Conditioning in Heat Wave. Pool opened 2 months late with no patio furniture. Heating is inadequate in winter. Construction noise never stops. Security is not good. Laundry room is only open from 8 til 9:30 - clothes are stolen - no security cameras. Rent increases way over standard are becoming common. Management is rude when you voice concerns and you always get the feeling they are trying to pull a fast one over you. Buildings across the street are WAY better managed.
