Do you like having strangers walk into your house?: I hate this property group. They don't work with anyone. They constantly breach their own contract and lease and nothing is done BUT if you do anything be ready to have them at your door asking for money. Its ridiculous. When we finally gave our notice we gave our letter to our landlord. She called me with 70 minutes notice while I was in class that she was showing my apartment for a viewing. She just left it as a voicemail. Didnt have my permission, didnt have my room mates permission and just let strangers in any way. So...can I just randomly enter her suite when I want to? Better yet, how about the VP's of the property group? I'm fairly confident I would have some red and blue flashing lights behind me telling me I get better accommodations tonight than the horrible apartments they rent; JAIL. My Landlords reason for just waltzing in? Oh, she didn't read my letter of rent termination letter and just assumed I would love to have strangers come see my apartment while I have cheques and credit cards laying about. When I DID go to the office she begged me to not say anything to stress that I trust my landlord with all my heart. I'm sorry but when I make a HUGE mistake, LEGAL mistake through my work I would fully expect my boss to be made aware and get in some s@!t.

If you want your property stolen: ATTN: Friends looking for rental properties A warning to not rent from Callahan Property Management. In the 12 months we have been STUCK here in a lease we have had our storage unit broken into, landlords entering without notice and constant drugs done in the parking lot labeled as 'medical marijuana'. The Sr Property Manager, Paul is arrogant and simply refers to you as a number, a small portion of the property investment who manipulates any reports you make about the building. I hope that this warning saves at least 1 tenant all the frustration me and my fiance have had to go through. If I could give 0 stars I would.
