Beyond awful experience with the Customer Service here: Really needed a lawn tractor for my over-grown lawn. Ordered a lawn tractor on May 24 2012, was told it will arrive in two weeks ready for pick up, and they will call me to let me know. THREE WEEKS later, i called the store and they tell me the NEW ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME for my tractor is June 27 (FIVE WEEKS after i ordered it)..... i call them a few times to ask if my tractor has arrived before June 27, all they say is it still hasn't arrived and because it is being shipped from the East, they have no control over it. It's PAST June 27 (5 weeks after i ordered it), and still not one word from them telling me if my tractor has arrived or not. On July 04, i called the store again to ask about my tractor, they tell me it still hasn't arrived yet and maybe i want to refund it because it's been SIX WEEKS since i ordered it, so i agreed to go return it at the store. When I'm at the store trying to refund the order, they say they have to charge me 20% + TAX of the original order if i decide to refund the tractor. I find this ridiculous, since they NEVER EVEN CALLED me to tell me my tractor has arrived, it wasn't UNTIL I CALLED THEM on July 04, then they give me a call back.... I complained, but the manager just says "I'm not going to go over this with you again, if you want to refund the tractor, we will charge you a 20% "re-stocking" fee and that's it." WOW SERIOUSLY? When it wasn't even my fault that they took 3 times longer than they promised for the product to arrive and NEVER EVEN contacted me, until i called they again and again 6 weeks later. Never have i seen a store with a manager that has such lack of respect and reasoning for the customers. I basically paid $212.80 "re-stocking" fee for NOTHING, when it was clearly the store's error. One of the customer service representative even said they lost my order form so they couldn't contact me when the tractor arrived. I asked for the record that shows the time and date that the store called me to let me know when my tractor has arrived and they can't show me anything. Furthermore I don't understand what the "re-stocking" fee is either, even on their newest product flyer, it was featuring the EXACT same lawn tractor i ordered for sale as a new product for the summer... JUST OVERALL A HORRENDOUS STORE with DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.<br/><br/>Never again will i ever visit this joke of store. Even in the past, every single time i visited the store, there was a huge line up at the customer service station of people refunding/returning items and complaining.<br/><br/>I want to let EVERYONE out there know how bad the service at this store it.<br/><br/>I just hope no one will ever experience the extremely poor services i got from this place.

very bad experience: My car's brake made some weird noise and I went to this place. They told me something is wrong about the brake (Calipers) and I need to replace it and it cost $450. I really suspicious about what they told me and plan to go another place to have a check. What's more horrible is that when I restart my car, and the noise is much bigger than before. and I returned to them, they just told me I have two choice spend $450 to fix it or not. <br/><br/>I was so upset and then went to another place. The technician did a road test and return to me in about 15 minutes. He told me he just moved the shim back in and the noise is gone and there's no charge for it. And when I get my car back, it really works, no noise any more. I do thank for the second auto service place. I will write another review for them. <br/><br/>And for the service I currently reviewed --- Canadian tire no. 3 road richmond, Do not treat your customer as idiot. We have this place to tell all other customers how about your service.
