Great Choice: Picked up some roast beef for a Sunday afternoon lunch and I was pleasantly surprised. Of all the options the roast beef was the only one finished. I recommend Caplansky's to anyone that likes a good sandwich.

I dream of Caplanksy's: If you are looking for smoked meat in Toronto you've come to the right place. They smoke their meat on site and it tastes like heaven in a camp fire. Don't go expecting Schwartzes or impressions of Montreal. From the colour scheme to the great beers on tap, Caplansky's is Toronto specific. The menu is quite reasonably priced and they don't lose focus by making it too broad. From breakfast to supper, this place nails it.

Other heavy hitters (and we stress the word heavy) include the maple dipped fried...
