horrifying: my sister, nephew, neice and my son and I stayed here for a night, just looking for a break from everyday life. while we were checking out, a person had jumped from a 25th floor balcony and died. he landed right in front of the doors. me and my 4 year old nephew witnessed him hit the ground right in front of us. I was crying and he was crying and while I was speaking to a police officer, staff members actually came out to look at me crying and went to the back area and started saying oh my god, shes still crying. laughing like it was funny. none of us will ever go back there. they actually told us at first that we couldn't leave because they had not checked our room. ridiculous. no sensitivity at all and they honestly need a new staff.
