Highly recommmend finding another kennel: Our dog stayed at this kennel for ten days in early August. When we picked him up he had lost approximately 15% of his body weight and was so dehydrated that he required hospitalization. Apparently, he developed diarrhea - likely from stress - and rather than call us, our emergency contact or our vet, they let him suffer for at least one week. He had been left with diarrhea for so long that his rectum was raw and bleeding. When I called and asked why they didn't call anyone to report that the dog was not doing well and that we should pick him up the only response we got was "I don't have an answer for you". A $400 dog boarding expense that was supposed to provide "careful attention" for my dog resulted in my dog almost not making it and a $900.00 vet bill. I highly recommend that an alternate boarding kennel be sought out as this place does not make the dogs well being a priority.
