Wow....I thought you were required to be honest on Web Local.: I was looking to put out a post on what a great kennel Critter Creek is. then I see this terrible post that is a hideous lie. Must be new people opening a kennel close by or something. Shame on you "Family First". Tsk Tsk.

This is the real deal at Critter Creek. I was bringing my dog to The Paww Shoppe in Gondola Point. After brining my dog there for over nighters I decided to put him in during my Honeymoon in Dominican. When I got back he was so sick and skinny I had to take him to the vet. They told me they simply did NOT feed him. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THE PAWW SHOPPE. Now...I drive 45 minutes from home to bring my dog to Critter Creek and there has never been any crate stacking or crates for that matter. They are vet recommended and highly qualified and educated about dog pyschology. My dog eats well. Has a huge fenced in yard to run and play. Large CLEAN kennel. They require proof of up to date shots. (Beware of kennels that DO NOT ASK IT MEANS THAT THEY DO NOT CARE) They sit with you and your dog and get to know you and the dog to make sure he/she is comfortable. They are a gem for us and many others. I can go away and know for certain that my dog is safe and HAPPY. He loves the owners and is happy to see them when he gets there. The best advice I can give is to go see for yourself. A good kennel owner will walk you through the place and talk in depth about your pet. Ask for proper papers. I have looked at every kennel in this province as I was willing to travel far to know he was safe. I called 4 vets to ask for a recommendation and they ALL recommended Critter Creek.

always booked full: This place is busting at the seams with dogs. She is a great lady and does care for dogs. But she never answers the phone, you always have to leave a message and if she is full, she does not return your call to let you know. If you can get your small dog "squeezed" in they stay in a travel /wire crate, not the actual kennel runs.
My worry was if she has that many dog, 20-30+ how often and for how long is my dog getting outside, or do they have to do their business in the kennel run?
