Terrible service, messy store.: My story's a bit long to write here, so read it here:

My experience with Europe Bound.
Bad - Don't Shop Here: Don't buy from Europe Bound. The shop is a mess. I bought a backpack there that they overcharged me for. I found the actual price in the backpack a week later and had to ring them and let them know this. They then offered the difference. What a crock though. I had to make a return trip to get my money back.

The sales guy knew the kind of trip I was going on and sold me the wrong product. The product turned out to be defective but the guy at the cash, without even seeing the product, insisted that I had ripped it and even told the distributor the same. The distributor was prepared to give me a replacement sight unseen.

The shop is a mess and these guys are a load of s@!%e. Don't shop there. Shop across the street at MEC which is organised and which has much better service and a return policy.

Finally, they weren't even apologetic about the mistake in overcharging me.

Mediocre: I actually discovered Canada Goose jackets at Europe Bound and when I went back to purchase one in November they were completely sold out of every woman's size except XL. It was a very self-directed experience and I had to find a changeroom myself--the staff was busy and not very helpful, ended up purchasing my coat from a different store that was able to tell me when a shipment was expected.

Stay away from the King Street store!: After going across town specifically to spend money there (we could have bought the same thing at Canadian Tire) because we prefer to support local businesses, they treated us terribly. They insulted us and told us we were "full of s@!t". Due to the insults, we decided to return our paltry purchase and the guy behind the counter started to scream at us and throw things. Other shoppers were frightened. Too bad we are preparing for a big outdoor team event with multiple stages, luckily we can buy the rest of our gear across the street.
