Went to this location for the first time...: ...and it was a great experience! Everything is very clean and I never had to wait to use the equipment. This is my new favourite Extreme Fitness gym!

my gym!!: I used to work out here and the people are awesome! Some day when I have tme I will be back for yoga I promise!

Love the Hot Yoga!!: Its just as good as my Yoga studio, so rather than pay the same amount or more per month for just Yoga....I get a gym membership too! The Hot Yoga is my fave by far, but the ashtanga and venyasa flow are great too!

Get fit!: I enjoy working out at extreme fitness, its always clean and they have lots of equipment to train on.
