Ruined Alteration, Very Rude Service: I gave the shop a pair of jeans to shorten. After the alteration, the hem of the jeans were flaring/sticking out at awkward angles. I went back with the jeans and asked for the jeans to be rehemmed/fixed as the jeans did not have this issue prior to alteration. The man behind the counter rudely said that this was just the way the jeans were and that if I had pressed properly this would not happen. He said that he could have them rehemmed - if I was willing to pay for the second hemming! I was shocked at this response. The man said that he would press the jeans and show me that this problem was not an alteration mistake. Once I received my jeans the next day, I pointed out that the hem was still protruding at awkward angles and that the hem was distinctly still wider than the rest of the jean. Instead of even looking at the hem, he responded by saying "It's perfect. Ask your parents." Ultimately, my jeans were not fixed and still unwearable. As a paying customer (and an adult contrary to his snide comment), I felt insulted and that service was terrible.

Bad service, horrible attitude: I gave the shop 2 pants to dry clean on April 4th, 2009 using its same day service. When I picked them up, the 2 pants were still dirty. The owner promised to clean them again. One week after, when I came back to pick up, I immediately realized that one of my pants was destroyed with visible snags, rendering it unwearable. <br/><br/>When I complained, the owner insisted it was normal wear and tear. I tried to explain if the pants were already damaged before I brought here, I wouldn’t dry clean it to waste money. It must be ruined by the clean process. The guy was extremely rude and hostile. He refused to listen and shouted to me “go to hell, go out”. I had no idea why his attitude liked this. I just described the situation and hadn’t asked him to repair or any reimbursement yet. <br/><br/>Consider carefully before you go to the shop.
