Prior review: I am one of the owners of the clinic. I am very sorry to hear you had difficulties. We have had one receptionist who has been with us since opening, and various others throughout the years. Our main receptionist is amazing and our second, who has been with us for a few years but was off for a little while is equally amazing. I hope this will alleviate your concerns, as we did, for a time, struggle to find a good second receptionist and then to fill the space when one was off. I know that can be frustrating, especially when you are in pain. But rest assured, we have a great team and are dedicated to keeping them!

poor: I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the reception staff. They do not listen to customers, know how to book appointments in an efficient and logical way, or have an knowledge of insurance companies and proper billing. It is unfortunate because even though the level of care and professionalism of the physiotherapists was great, the hassle of having to deal with the reception staff outweighed any positive experience at Fairway Physiotherapy. I would not recommend this clinic.
